If you are attempting to pay through our website or on App, make sure you have your card/netbanking details ready and your phone with you for OTP verification. Also, check if you have a proper internet connection.
After making payment if you see payment status as ‘pending’, it means we have not got a response from your bank. You should check the payment status again after 30 minutes.
If your payment fails and the amount was deducted from your bank account, don’t worry your money is safe. The amount will be credited back to your account by your bank. Pay again to avoid late payment and penalty charges.
