During loan application, you sign on Auto debit form (NACH) which allows us to deduct EMIs directly from your bank account. The form has to be approved by your bank before we can deduct the money from your account.
Depending on your NACH status, you can pay your EMI by one of the following methods :
- Method 1 - NACH Active: If your bank has approved the NACH, we will deduct the EMI amount from your bank account on EMI due date. You should keep sufficient balance in your registered bank account for the EMI payment from a day prior to the EMI due date, to avoid late payment and penal charges.
- Method 2 - NACH InProcess/Rejected: If your NACH status is in process/rejected, please make the payment through the payment gateway.
You can tap the ‘Pay Now’ button on PaySense App or can directly go to www.gopaysense.com/pay to see your due amount and make the payment. You can make the payment using a debit card or net banking. There will be an extra payment gateway charge for using gateway services by PayU.
Once the payment has been made, it will take 4-5 working days to settle your payment against your loan.
We will inform you about your mode of payment before your due date (through SMS, email, and App)
