At PaySense, we consider thousands of variables to determine your eligibility for a new loan. This holds true for both the first loan and the subsequent loans.
Every day, our machine learning models automatically calculate whether a user is eligible for a new loan and the amount they are eligible for. To calculate this eligibility we include variables including but not limited to the customer's income, their repayment behavior, defaults in the past, usage of PaySense features and much more. These checks are done automatically by our underwriting system and hence cannot be altered for any individual.
Once a customer becomes eligible, they will be notified by Email, SMS and push notification. The new eligible limit is also shown in the app dashboard from where the user can automatically apply for a new loan. Unfortunately, we will not be able to determine when a user will be eligible for a new loan.
If you want to know your eligibility status, all you have to do is to open the app and see the dashboard.
